INTERCEPTION OF POLICE BROADCASTS

Sections:

No person not being authorized by the sender, who intercepts, overhears or receives any message or communications transmitted by any radio transmitting station operating under a wavelength or radio frequency assigned by the Federal Communications Commission for use by any police or law enforcement agency shall, for the benefit of himself or any other person, communicate such message or communication to any other person or directly or indirectly use the information so obtained.
