§ 102.01 TITLE.

This chapter shall be known as the San Joaquin Infectious Disease Ordinance.

§ 102.02 CODE ADOPTED.

The City of San Joaquin hereby adopts and incorporates by reference Fresno County Ordinance § 1, Chapter 8.52, and delegates enforcement authority to the County of Fresno under said ordinance (Fresno County Ordinance Code § 8.52.070).
