§ 9.36.010. Definitions.

"Sex offender"

means any person who has been required to register with a governmental entity as a sex offender, including but not limited to any person required to so register pursuant to California Penal Code Section 290.

§ 9.36.020. Registration of registered sex offenders.

The city shall enforce all valid state and federal laws pertaining to the regulation of sex offenders, including but not limited to all enforceable provisions of the Sexual Predator Punishment and Control Act (also known as Jessica's Law).
