(Prior code § 15.08.020)
§ 15.08.100. Storage fee.¶
For the purpose of defraying the cost of storage of plans and permits, a fee equal to 0.02 percent of the permit valuation for all permits shall be paid by the applicant. In addition a charge of ten dollars ($10.00) per page of construction plans shall be submitted for all nonresidential construction and residential construction in excess of two stories to pay for microfilming, as those plans must be stored indefinitely.
(Prior code § 15.08.030)
§ 15.08.110. Energy conservation review fee.¶
For the purpose of reimbursing the city for the cost involved in checking construction for compliance with the California Energy Conservation Standards, a fee equal to fifteen (15) percent of the building permit fee, as set forth in Section 304 of the Uniform Building Code currently in effect, shall be paid by the applicant.
