§ 9.24.010. Collection.¶
The fees established by the city council for the privileges, services or materials designated shall be collected by the department and shall be deposited in the treasury of the city of San Bruno and shall be credited to the appropriate fund.

§ 9.24.020. Special use fees.¶
As a condition to the exercise or use of any special service relative to a recreation area, the city council may adopt a schedule of fees therefor. Any money collected therefor shall be deposited in the treasury of the city and shall be credited to the appropriate fund.
