§ 5.28.010 COPY OF NOTIFICATION TO POLICE DEPARTMENT.¶

Any licensed automobile wrecker who, as a transferee, obtains actual possession of a vehicle subject to registration under Cal. Vehicle Code, Division 5, Chapter 3 (commencing with § 11500) or other law for the purpose of wrecking or dismantling shall forward a copy of the notification required by Cal. Vehicle Code, § 11520 to the City Police Department.
