* The title of Chapter 15, formerly entitled "Uniform Swimming Pool Code," amended by Ordinance No. 851, effective April 26, 1984. Chapter 15 entitled "Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub Code," consisting of Sections 9-15.01 and 9-15.02, codified from Ordinance No. 790, effective November 27, 1980, as amended by Ordinance No. 851, effective April 26, 1984, Ordinance No. 881, effective May 8, 1986, and Ordinance No. 934, effective September 10, 1992, was moved to Chapter 7 of Title 9 and entirely amended by Ordinance No. 1010, effective October 28, 1999. Chapter 18 of Title 9 entitled "Watercourses," consisting of Sections 9-18.101 through 9-18.117, as added by Ordinance No. 898, effective May 12, 1988, and amended by Ordinance No. 992, effective February 26, 1998, renumbered to Sections 9-18.01 through 9-18.17 by codifier to conform with the numbering system of the Code and moved to Chapter 15 of Title 9 without amendment by Ordinance No. 1010, effective October 28, 1999; Chapter 15 entitled "Watercourses," consisting of Sections 9-15.01 through 9-15.17, codified from Ordinance No. 1010, effective October 28, 1999, moved to Chapter 12 of Title 7 by § 1, Ord. 1059, effective December 27, 2007.
