San Anselmo Municipal Code Ch. 1 City Council

The regular monthly meetings of the Council shall be held on the second Tuesday and the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall. The Council, at any regular meeting, may appoint another day, hour, or place for the next ensuing regular monthly meeting or for any other regular meeting. When the second Tuesday, the fourth Tuesday, or the day appointed for the regular meeting is a legal holiday, the meeting appointed for said day shall be held on the first business day thereafter at the same hour and place as the Council may have appointed therefor at its last regular meeting.

Each member of the Council shall receive compensation of nine hundred fifty and no/100ths dollars ($950.00) per month in accordance with California Government Code Section 36516.

(a) If a vacancy occurs on the Town Council, the Town Council shall fill the vacancy in accordance with California Government Code section 36512.

(b) Amendments to Government Code section 36512 are hereby automatically incorporated into this section.

(c) Amendments to Government Code section 36512 subsections (b) and (c)(3) are hereby automatically incorporated into this section.
