§ 16.28.010. Procedures and guidelines.¶
The city council shall, by resolution, provide for procedures and guidelines for compliance by the city with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq.) as the same now reads or as it may hereafter be amended to read from time to time.
