8.12.010 - Littering prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to place, deposit or dump or cause to be placed, deposited or dumped, or to cause or allow to overflow, any sewage, sludge, cesspool or septic tank effluent, or accumulation of human excreta, or any garbage, swill, cans, bottles, wastepaper, carcass of any dead animal, offal, trash, rubbish, or other refuse, in or upon any private road or in or upon any public or private property in the City, except in a container kept for the purpose of temporarily storing such materials.

8.12.020 - Stockpiling building materials permitted.

No provision of this chapter shall be deemed to prohibit the stockpiling of building materials in a neat and orderly manner.

8.12.030 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person convicted of violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
