10.60.010 - Horse-drawn vehicle restrictions.¶
No person shall drive or operate any animal-drawn vehicle on Crest Road or Portuguese Bend Road between the hours of seven a.m. and nine-thirty a.m., or four-thirty p.m. and six p.m. of any day excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

10.60.020 - Advertising vehicles prohibited.¶
No person shall operate or drive any vehicle with a sound-amplifying or loudspeaking device upon any road at any time within the City.
