10.52.010 - Parking.¶
No person shall park a vehicle in a private driveway or on private property without the express or implied consent of the owner or the person in lawful possession of such driveway or property. The owners or persons in lawful possession of such driveways may post on the driveway or property a sign in form substantially as follows: "NO PARKING WITHOUT CONSENT OF OWNER."

10.52.020 - Use for traversing between public streets.¶
No person shall drive any vehicle or animal across any privately owned and maintained property so designated by resolution of the city council for the purpose of traversing from one public street to another. Any property so designated shall be posted with a sign in a form substantially as follow: "NO THROUGH TRAFFIC."

10.52.030 - Application of certain vehicle code provisions.¶
Sections 22350 (Basic Speed Law), 22507.8 (Parking in Spaces Designated for Disabled Persons Prohibited), 23103 (Reckless Driving), and 23109 (Speed Contest), of the vehicle code, shall apply to those privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities within the city so designated by resolution of the city council upon the holding of a public hearing by the city council and ten days' prior written notice to the owner and operator of the privately owned and maintained off-street parking facility so designated. Any property so designated shall be posted in a form substantially as follows: "THIS PARKING FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO PUBLIC TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AND CONTROL."

10.52.040 - Sign posting required to invoke provisions.¶
Sections 10.52.010, 10.52.020 and 10.52.030 shall apply only so long as the owner or operator thereof has posted in a conspicuous place at each entrance thereto a sign(s) no less than seventeen inches by twenty-two inches in size and with lettering not less than one inch in height substantially as required by the respective sections.
