9.32.010 - Definitions.¶
For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section.
"Vending machine" means any device within the city which accepts money, either paper money or coins, and dispenses a product, material, food, information or any other form of service or property whatsoever.

9.32.020 - Vending machines—Identification of owner.¶
The owner of each vending machine located within the limits of the city shall file with the city treasurer a list of all vending machines owned, which shall disclose the type of machine, the location of the machine by street address and building location and the name, address and telephone number of the owner.

9.32.030 - Vending machines—Posting of name, address and telephone number of owner thereon.¶
Each vending machine located within the city shall have prominently displayed on the front of said machine within six inches of the place where money is inserted in the machine, a notice of the name, address and telephone number of the owner of said vending machine.

9.32.040 - Same—Form of notice.¶
The notice posted on the vending machine in accordance with Section 9.32.030 shall be at least two inches by two inches and shall contain the following letters, equal to or greater in size than capital letters of elite type, the following:

9.32.050 - Replacement of lost or destroyed notices.¶
It shall be the responsibility of the owner of the vending machine to check the machine no less than quarterly to insure that the notice remains in place. Any notices not in place shall be promptly replaced by the owner.
