2.60.010 - Membership.

The Airport Commission shall consist of nine members.

2.60.020 - Creation authority—Member appointments.

The Airport Commission is an advisory board created pursuant to the provisions of Section 800 of the Charter of the City. The members of the Commission shall be appointed in the manner and for the terms provided by Section 802 of the Charter and shall organize, meet and conduct proceedings as provided by Section 804 of the Charter.

The Airport Commission is subjected to all provisions of the Charter of the City which are applicable to advisory commissions created thereunder.

2.60.030 - Powers and duties.

The Airport Commission shall have the power and duty to act in an advisory capacity to the City Council in all matters pertaining to the administration, operation, development, improvement and maintenance of the Riverside Municipal Airport and the Riverside Heliport.
