§ 5.28.010. Distribution.¶

No person shall distribute, scatter or cause to be distributed or scattered any handbills, posters, dodgers or other printed matter about the streets, sidewalks, public places or yards of private property within the city limits.

§ 5.28.020. Exemptions.¶

The sending of such posters, dodgers, handbills or other literature through the malls or placing the same under the doors of residences or other buildings within the city limits shall not be construed as a violation herein.
