§ 10.04.010. Four-way stop, Montezuma and South Second Street.¶
A four-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of Montezuma Street and South Second Street in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.020. Four-way stop, Montezuma and South Third Street.¶
A four-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of Montezuma Street and South Third Street in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.030. Four-way stop, Elm Way and Linda Vista Way.¶
A four-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of Elm Way and Linda Vista Way in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.040. Two-way stop, Elm Way and Hillside Terrace.¶
Stop signs shall be placed in both directions along Hillside Terrace where it intersects with Elm Way. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.050. Four-way stop, Main Street and Fifth Street.¶
A four-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of Main Street and Fifth Street in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.060. One-way roadway on Logan Street between Front Street and Third Street and…¶
A one-way roadway is established on Logan Street, in a westerly direction, from North Front Street to North Third Street in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code. All appropriate signs and marking will accompany this change.
Additionally, in order to provide more parking to the residents in this area, the no parking zone on Logan Street between North Front Street and North Second Street is eliminated.

§ 10.04.070. Three-way stop, South Seventh Street and California Street.¶
A three-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of South Seventh Street and California Street in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.080. Four-way stop, North Second Street and Sacramento Street.¶
A four-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of North Second Street and Sacramento Street in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.090. Two-way stop, North Third Street and Sacramento Street.¶
A two-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of North Third Street and Sacramento Street, stopping north/south traffic on North Third Street, in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.100. Speed limits.¶
A. Findings. The city council does hereby determine upon the basis of an engineering and traffic survey that on portions of certain streets the maximum speed limit provided at California Vehicle Code Sections 22349 and 22358.7 is more than is reasonable or safe, and hereby determines and declares prima facie speed limits which are found to be the most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and which are reasonable and safe upon such streets as set forth as follows. Such declared prima facie speed limits shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected upon those streets.
B. The speed limits for the following roads and streets will be:
Airport Road from St. Francis Way to River Road: 40 miles per hour.
Airport Road from Church Road to St. Francis Way: 50 miles per hour.
Airport Road from Liberty Island Road to Church Road: 50 miles per hour.
Church Road from State Route 12 to Airport Road: 45 miles per hour.
Liberty Island Road from Summerset to Canright Road: 35 miles per hour.
Liberty Island Road from Province Path to Airport Road: 35 miles per hour.
Liberty Island Road from Airport Road to Hearth Lane: 40 miles per hour.
Canright Road from Province Path to city limits: 45 miles per hour.
McCormack Road to Province Path to city limits: 45 miles per hour.
Montezuma Hills Road from the city limits to South Second Street: 35 miles per hour.

§ 10.04.110. Two-way stop, Virginia Drive and Gardiner Way.¶
Stop signs shall be placed in both directions along Virginia Drive where it intersects with Gardiner Way. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.120. Two-way stop, Laurel Way and Gardiner Way.¶
A two-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of Laurel Way and Gardiner Way in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.130. Two-way stop, Thereza Way and Gardiner Way.¶
Stop signs shall be placed in both directions along Thereza Way where it intersects with Gardiner Way. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.140. Two-way stop, Linda Vista Way and Gardiner Way.¶
Stop signs shall be placed in both directions along Linda Vista Way where it intersects with Gardiner Way. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.150. Two-way stop, California Street and Fourth Street.¶
Stop signs shall be placed in both directions along California Street where it intersects with Fourth Street. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.160. Three-way stop, Beach Drive, Second Street, and Montezuma Hills Road.¶
A two-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of Beach Drive and Montezuma Hills Road in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

§ 10.04.170. Yield sign, Gardiner Way and Rolling Green Drive.¶
A yield sign shall be placed in one direction on Gardiner Way at the intersection of Rolling Green Drive. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of the yield sign.

§ 10.04.180. "Right Turn Only between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM" sign, Gardiner Way and SR 12.¶
A "Right Turn Only between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM" sign shall be placed in one direction on Gardiner Way at the intersection of SR 12. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of the right turn only sign.

§ 10.04.190. "Right Turn Only" sign, Virginia Drive and SR 12.¶
A "Right Turn Only" sign shall be placed on Virginia Drive at the intersection of SR 12. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of the right turn only sign.
