Sec. 15-194. - Authority for stop signs and yield signs.

The city council shall, by resolution, designate through streets or intersections or other roadway junctions at which vehicular traffic on one or more of the roadways should yield or stop and yield before entering the intersection or junction. The traffic engineer shall erect and maintain stop signs, yield signs, or other official traffic control devices to implement the council's designations.
