9.58.010 - Prohibited.¶

No person shall deposit, place or throw, or cause to be deposited, placed or thrown, in and upon any public highway, street or alley in the city, any ashes, cinders, glass, crockery, scrap iron, nails, tacks, wire, stones, tin cans, scrap tin, paper, oil, rags, old garments, shrubs, tires, or trees, or the trimmings thereof, or other rubbish, or hazardous waste.
