Redondo Beach Municipal Code Ch. 16 Building Fees

Building fees, including building permit fees, electrical permit fees, mechanical permit fees, plumbing permit fees, elevator permit fees and elevator inspection fees, grading plan review fees, grading permit fees, demolition permit fees, miscellaneous fees and state energy and disabled accessibility enforcement fees and any other fees for administering the uniform codes or other laws and regulations relating to building or construction shall be established and amended from time to time by resolution of the Mayor and City Council. The square foot construction cost used in determining the valuation of a project shall be the current "Square Foot Construction Costs Table" published in the Building Safety Journal by the International Code Council.
