10.34.010 - Prohibited.

No person shall break or injure any lamppost or public lamp; nor extinguish, during the night, any public light or any light maintained at any place for public convenience or safety, except when he is authorized to do so; nor remove, or cause the removal of, any street guide or any portion from any public lamp or post; nor obliterate, deface, destroy or interfere with any street guide or portion thereof.
