§ 17.17 SUPERSEDING PROVISIONS.

The provisions of this article and any ordinance or resolution, adopted pursuant hereto, shall supersede any previous ordinance or resolution to the extent the same is in conflict herewith. (Ord. 965, passed 7-18-2006)
