§ 5.24.110. Riverside County Ordinance No. 838 regarding the permitting of tobacco…¶
Riverside County Ordinance No. 838, as amended through 838.2, an "Ordinance of the County of Riverside Regarding the Permitting of Tobacco Retailers," is incorporated by reference as though set forth at length herein, and applies to all tobacco retailers that intend to operate or are currently operating in the city, in addition to any other tobacco retailers regulations as may be set forth in this code.

§ 5.24.120. Minimum age.¶
The minimum age of any individual who engages in tobacco retailing shall be eighteen years of age within the jurisdictional boundaries of the city.

§ 5.24.125. Enforcement authority.¶
The city and county have the authority to independently administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter, provided that there is no duplication in administration or enforcement by the city and county with respect to any given tobacco retailer in the city.

§ 5.24.130. City business license.¶
Nothing in this chapter shall relieve or exempt a tobacco retailer from the business license requirements set forth in Chapter 5.04 of this code.
