§ 15.56.010. Moving, transporting—Permit required.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or entity to transport, carry or otherwise move a mobilehome into, within, through or out of the city without first securing a permit therefor on forms provided by the city. The charge for said permit shall be from time to time determined by the city council by resolution.

§ 15.56.020. Establishing—Inspection required— Fee.¶
No person shall set up, place or establish a mobilehome on any lot or parcel of land within the city without first requesting an inspection thereof by the city and its authorized representative. The fee for such inspection shall be established from time to time by the city council by resolution.

§ 15.56.030. Applicability.¶
This chapter shall not apply to persons travelling through the city with house trailers used by tourists. In addition, the operation of this chapter shall be limited by the provisions of Section 18300 of the Health and Safety Code.
