§ 15.02.010. Codes of 2025 Edition of the California Building Standards Code adopted…¶
The following codes of the 2025 Edition of the California Building Standards Code shall be applicable within the city, without local amendments:
A. 2025 California Energy Code as set forth in California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 6.
B. 2025 California Historical Building Code as set forth in California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 8.
C. 2025 California Existing Building Code as set forth in California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 10.
D. 2025 California Green Building Standards Code as set forth in California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 11.

The following codes of the 2025 Edition of the California Building Standards Code shall be applicable within the city, subject to certain local amendments and/or appendices, as follows:
A. 2025 California Building Code subject to the amendments and appendices set forth in Chapter 15.04.
B. 2025 California Plumbing Code subject to the amendments and appendices set forth in Chapter 15.06.
C. 2025 California Mechanical Code subject to the amendments and appendices set forth in Chapter 15.08.
D. 2025 California Electrical Code subject to the amendments and appendices set forth in Chapter 15.10.
E. 2025 California Fire Code subject to the amendments and appendices set forth in Chapter 15.12.
F. 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code subject to the amendments and appendices set forth in Chapter 15.13.
G. 2025 California Residential Code subject to the amendments and appendices set forth in Chapter 15.14.
