8.12.010 - Objects above streets.

It is unlawful for any person to place, stretch or maintain, through, along or across any street or alley in the city, any wire, cable, rope, cord or pipe at a height less than eighteen feet from the surface of said street or alley, and any wire, cable, rope, cord or pipe so placed, stretched or maintained is declared to constitute a nuisance.
