3.24.010 - Policies and procedures for the purchase of supplies and equipment.

Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54203, the city council does adopt the policies and procedures for the purchase of supplies and equipment as set forth in Exhibit A attached by reference to the ordinance codified in this chapter.

3.24.020 - Amendments and/or changes to the policies and procedures.

The policies and procedures set forth in the ordinance codified in this chapter may be changed by resolution of the city council.
