3.28.010 - Statutory authority.¶
The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Sections 37201 through 37205.

3.28.020 - Demands to be presented to clerk.¶
All demands against the town shall be presented to the clerk.

3.28.030 - Audit by treasurer—Approval by council.¶
All such demands shall be audited by the treasurer and submitted for examination and approval or rejection to the council in the manner provided for in Government Code Section 37202.
