14.04.010 - State guidelines.¶

The town shall follow the state guidelines for implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act, 14 California Code of Regulations, Chapter 3, Sections 15000, et seq., as they may be amended from time to time, in evaluating projects and conducting environmental review.
