Pomona Municipal Code § 74-1 Administration

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the governing rules, regulations and conditions of administrative procedure for the Building Codes adopted in Article II of this Chapter shall be those set forth in Chapter 1 of the California Building Code, 2025 Edition and the California Administrative Code, 2025 Edition.

(b) Each model code, and any appendices thereto, adopted by reference in Article II of this chapter shall be an official record of the city maintained in the office of the city clerk, and shall be made available for public inspection. One copy of each model code adopted by reference and any appendices shall also be on file in the office of the building official pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 18942(d)(1) and made available for public inspection.

Notwithstanding any provision of any Construction Code adopted by reference pursuant to article II of this chapter, all fees and charges shall be included in the "Schedule of fees and service charges" set forth in Section 2-924 of the Pomona City Code, as set by resolution of the city council.
