§ 2.10.010. Abolishment of titles.

The city council hereby abolishes all titles and offices of commissions including, but not limited to, public works, utility, public safety, pier, and administrative.

§ 2.10.040. City council to act as planning commission.

The city council, as a body, shall continue to act as a planning commission until such time as provision is made by ordinance for establishing a separate commission with those duties.
