Point Arena Municipal Code Art. I General Provisions

"City"

means the city of Point Arena, Mendocino County, California.

"Employee"

means any person working the equivalent of 40 hours per week.

"ESD"

means the use equivalent to single-family dwelling units.

"Function charge"

means a charge for schools having nonschool or after school activities.

"Large business"

means having three or more employees.

"Multiple-family"

means property developed for residential use of more than one family.

"Small business"

means having two or fewer employees.

"Uptown sewer extension"

is the septic tank effluent pump (STEP) system line that begins where the gravity line ends at 180 Lake Street.
