§ 10.04.010. Violation designated.¶

A. Any unauthorized person who wilfully and maliciously obtains personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) is guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. Any person who wilfully and maliciously provides or has provided personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) to any unauthorized person is guilty of a misdemeanor.
