8.16.010 Waste and refuse in public areas.

It is unlawful for any person to leave, discard, deposit or throw away any glass container, tin can, waste food, papers or any other refuse or rubbish upon any beach, sidewalk, boardwalk, alley, parking lot or public area in the city. (Prior code § 8.36.010)

8.16.020 Glass containers prohibited in beach areas.

It shall be unlawful for any person to have, possess or use any cup, tumbler, jar or container made of glass and used for carrying or containing any liquid for drinking purposes upon any beach or adjacent sidewalk, boardwalk or parking lot area in the city. (Prior code § 8.36.020)

8.16.030 Violation—Penalty.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, including, without limitation, Section 1.20.010, any violation of this chapter shall be an infraction, punishable as provided by law. (Prior code § 8.36.030)
