5.11.010 Purpose and intent.¶

The purpose of this chapter is to promote the public health, safety, and welfare as follows:

A. This chapter will regulate lawful personal services businesses pursuant to Section 7 of Article XI of the Constitution of the State of California.

B. The permit requirements and operational restrictions imposed by this chapter are reasonably necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the city of Pismo Beach. (Ord. O-2019-012 § 2 (part), 2019)
