17.44.010 Hearing rules.

In any hearing under this title, all parties involved shall have the right to offer testimonial, documentary, and tangible evidence bearing on the issues to be represented by counsel, and to confront and cross-examine any witnesses against them. Any hearing under this title may be continued by the person conducting the hearing for a reasonable time for the convenience of a party or a witness.

17.44.020 Hearing notices.

All notices required by this chapter shall be sent certified mail, postage prepaid, to the responsible person at the address given for purposes of notice on the application or permit, or to the address known to the city, in the case where no permit has been issued or applied for, or delivered to the responsible person personally.
