Sec. 9-4.5701. - Permitted and conditional uses.¶
(a) Permitted uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-50 District:
(1) Duplexes and multiple-family dwellings;
(2) Accessory buildings and uses;
(3) Community care facilities for six (6) or fewer persons;
(4) Indoor or outdoor cultivation of cannabis for personal use as an accessory use to a primary dwelling unit, subject to the standards contained in Article 48 of this chapter; and
(5) Accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units, subject to the standards of Article 4.5;
(b) Conditional uses. Conditional uses allowed in the R-50 District, subject to obtaining a use permit, shall be as follows:
(6) Coastal access; and
(7) Community care facilities for more than six (6) persons.
