Chapter 1 — DEVELOPMENT CODE

The Ontario Development Code, as published by the Planning Department of the City of Ontario, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this chapter as if fully set forth at length herein. One copy of the Ontario Development Code is on file in the office of the City Clerk for public review. (§ 10, Ord. 3028, eff.
