2808.1 General.

Ontario Municipal Code · 2026-09 edition · updated 2026-09-27 · Ontario

The storage and processing of wood chips, hogged materials, fines, compost, solid biomass

feedstock, and raw product produced from yard waste, debris, argo industrial, recycling, and green waste processing facilities shall comply with Sections 2808.2 through 2808.10. (§ 2, Ord. 3320, eff. February 19, 2026)
