§ 3-2.401. General traffic regulations.¶
Except as provided in this title, the general traffic regulations of the City shall be those set forth in the Vehicle Code.

§ 3-2.402. Local street closures.¶
The City Council may, by resolution, close or partially close, either temporarily or permanently, a local street in order to implement the circulation element of the Ojai General Plan, provided that provisions shall be made for emergency vehicle access and other necessary safety measures.
