NOTICE

The Half Moon Bay City Council has enacted Chapter 6.06 of the Municipal Code, titled "Residential Rent Stabilization," effective June 7, 2024. This ordinance establishes a maximum annual rent adjustment for Rent Stabilized Units. This property is subject to the Residential Rent Stabilization Ordinance. Beginning December 1, 2025, landlords may increase unit rents by no more than 1.23%. No additional increases will be permitted between December 1, 2025, and November 30, 2026. Landlords must prominently display/post notice of the maximum rent increase on their property by August 15 using this form.
