§ 2.18.010. Findings and authority.¶
It is found and declared, pursuant to Section 91500 et seq. of the California Government Code that there is a need for the industrial development authority to function in the city of Norco, and the authority is authorized to transmit business and exercise all powers permitted by law.

§ 2.18.020. Appointment of board of directors.¶
The board of directors of the industrial development authority shall be appointed by resolution of the Norco city council.

§ 2.18.030. Bylaws.¶
The bylaws dictating the procedure for the authority shall be established by resolution of the Norco city council.
