§ 8.04.010. Safe and sane fireworks.¶

It is unlawful for any person to possess, store, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, or use or explode any "fireworks" as that word is defined by Section 9.108 of the Uniform Fire Code. Any violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $500.00.
