§ 15.18.010. Housing Code.¶
Except as hereinafter provided, the International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference as the Housing Code of the city of Moorpark. A copy of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, shall be maintained in the office of the building official of the city of Moorpark and shall be made available for public inspection while this code is in force.

§ 15.18.020. Substandard buildings.¶
Section 108.1 of the International Property Maintenance Code is amended to read as set forth in Section 17920.3 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California. A copy of Section 17920.3 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California shall be maintained in the office of the building official of the city of Moorpark and shall be made available for public inspection while this Code is in force.
