§ 5.76.010. Screening.

If the business of dismantling or disassembling automobiles or trucks be conducted at any place except within a building, then such business shall be so conducted behind a fence not less than eight feet in height, and so constructed as to conceal all material upon said property, extending around all sides of the lot or piece of land upon which said business is conducted, and said fence must be located a distance of twenty-five feet from the front and side street lines of said lot or piece of land.

§ 5.76.020. Report to police.

Before dismantling or disassembling any automobile or truck, the person proposing to do so must first make a report in writing to the chief of police of the city, giving the name and make of the automobile or truck, the model thereof, the owner if known, the state license number and the engine number thereof, and the manner in which said automobile or truck was obtained; and no such automobile or truck shall be dismantled earlier than three hours after such written report is made.
