§ 17.01.010. Fire Code adopted by reference.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 50022.9, the city council incorporates by reference the California Fire Code, 2025 Edition ("CFC"), as published at the California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 9. The CFC, as adopted by the MPMC, includes Appendices Chapter 4, B, C, D, O and P.
