§ 9.24.010. Explosions.

No person shall discharge or explode gunpowder, dynamite, torpedoes, aero-bombs, or other type of explosive, manufactured or designed to cause violent explosions and loud or unusual effects, without first having obtained the special permission of the city council so to do.
