Millbrae Municipal Code Art. X Administrative Code

The code of rules and regulations known and designated as the California Administrative Code, 2025 Edition, published by California Building Standards Commission, hereinafter called the "administrative code," identifying state agencies and their statute authority for the regulation of various construction types and uses and the delegation of that authority to local jurisdictions, is adopted and by reference incorporated herein as if fully set forth as the administrative code of the city establishing the rules, regulations and standards within the city as to all matters therein contained. One complete set of building codes shall at all times be kept on file in the office of the city building official.
