§ 5.40.010. Discharge of firearms prohibited.¶

It is unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm, air rifle, air pistol or slingshot or any kind of gun or rifle or device in which a bullet or projectile is expelled by a spring or any other means, within the corporate limits of the city.
