§ 2.05.010. Rules of procedure and protocols for the city council.¶

The city council shall establish rules of procedure and protocols governing its meetings, its conduct, policy decision making processes, administrative support and any other subjects it determines to be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the business of the city. The city council shall set forth such rules of procedure and protocols in a resolution that shall be duly adopted by the city council and may be amended from time to time.
