§ 12.14.010. Addition of Section 808.2.¶

Based on the Climatic findings in Section 1A of the ordinance codified in this chapter, Section 808.2 is added to the 2025 California Plumbing Code, Part 5 of the California Building Standards Code, Title 24 California Code of Regulation is added to read as follows:
808.2 Single Pass Cooling Water Systems Prohibited. Clean running water used only once and exclusively for a cooling medium in an appliance, device, or apparatus is prohibited.
